When will my order ship?

Please allow 2-3 days for the processing and fulfillment of your order. Orders placed after 3pm PT on Thursday delivered until the following week. Luno is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please submit a claim with UPS if your package was lost/stolen.

In addition to processing and fulfillment (2-3 days), please be aware of the shipping option you selected: Flat Rate Shipping: 3-4 business days (total of 5-7 business days)

If you placed an order for an item that is on backorder, your entire order will be sent when all items are back in stock.

Special fulfillment schedules will be active for holidays and promotions. Contact support@lunolife.com with questions.

Note: For orders where “Flat Rate Shipping” is selected, we will process orders according to preferred carrier rates available. Shipping options may or may not include tracking numbers and expedited shipping depending on available rates at the time of processing.
